Hello my name is Christina Holmes. I am the CEO of Paralegal Pro where we provide remote paralegal support for litigation attorneys. I started the company to help lawyers streamline their workflow with consistent and quality support. Our team works virtually, and each person undergoes extensive training to assist in legal matters. We pride ourselves on providing white glove litigation paralegal and legal assistant services to solo and small law firms.
What about security?
We have triple level security benchmarks for all access to files and communications. Our security includes encryption, monitoring, and identity driven permissions. We take our business and client liabilities seriously. We have implemented standard operating procedures for keeping files confidential as well as cyber security measures to mitigate hacking risks.
What services do you offer?
A few of the services we offer are e-filing, complaint drafting, scheduling hearings, scheduling depositions, medical records summary, preparing trial notebooks, preparing exhibits, sheriff service setup and follow up, mailings, legal research, client follow up calls and reminders, and so much more.
