No, we are a contractor who offers remote staffing solutions to law firms. We believe in quality control. The work output will be consistent and valuable to each lawyer. We spend tons of time training our paralegals and legal assistants. We also conduct audits to ensure the deliverables are consistent. This means that when you come to us you will know that the job will be completed with the highest level of quality and care.

Do I get a designated Paralegal?

Yes, you will get a designated Paralegal who is trained in litigation. Their job is to focus on your matters. You will also be placed on a team where you will get support staff to help with administrative duties.

Does Paralegal Pro check for conflicts?

Yes, once we find out the plaintiff(s) and defendant(s) involved and the name of the firm that’s representing each of them we run it in our system. We must self-report to the Attorney and let them know the details so they can make an informed decision.

How am I invoiced?

Paralegal Pro is approved by LawPay. You will pay a small retainer, and we will bill against it. You will receive updates on the time logged in and how many hours you have left for the month. You will get an invoice with your LawPay link to make payments.
